The single envelope is a functionality that allows grouping multiple PDF documents in a single signature process. Instead of sending several emails with separate documents, all documents are grouped and the signer receives a single link to sign them sequentially in one session.

How many documents can I include in an envelope?

There is no limit to the number of documents you can include in a single envelope. You can add as many PDFs as you need, without quantity or total size restrictions. This allows you to create complete document packages adapted to your needs.

In what order are documents presented to the signer?

Documents are presented in the order you define. You can reorganize them by dragging and dropping in the envelope creation interface. The signer will see and sign them in that exact order, advancing from one to another without being able to skip any.

What is the signer's experience like?

The signer receives a single email with a link. When clicked, they access an interface where they can review and sign all documents sequentially. They cannot proceed to the next document without completing the current one.

Can the signer pause and continue later?

Yes, the signer can pause the process at any time. The system automatically saves progress, and they can continue later using the same link. Already signed documents remain completed and they'll only need to sign the pending ones.

What happens if the signer rejects a document?

If the signer rejects any document in the envelope, the entire signing process for this document is marked as rejected. The signer's details show the reason for rejection.

How do I track the status of an envelope?

From the control panel you can see the global status of the envelope and the individual progress of each document. You'll see how many documents have been signed, which are pending and if any are rejected. You can also access the complete event history of the envelope.

Can I use templates for recurring envelopes?

Yes, you can save any envelope configuration as a template. This is ideal for repetitive processes like employee onboarding or standard contracts. Templates save the document list and their order, allowing reuse with different recipients.

Do I receive signed documents separately or together?

You receive each signed document individually in your inbox once the entire process is completed. Additionally, from the control panel you can access them individually whenever you need.

Single envelope is available in Professional and Business plans. It is not included in the basic plan. Each plan includes unlimited single envelopes, with no restrictions on the number of documents per envelope.

Does it work with multiple signers?

Yes, you can send the same envelope to multiple signers. Each receives their own personalized link and can sign independently. You can individually track each signer's progress from the control panel.
